Prior to joining TIANHUA, Peng Guan served as chief engineer, design project leader, project manager, and director at the MCC Central Research Institute of Building and Construction and Beijing Sunlay Design. With more than two decades in architectural design, he has accumulated abundant technical experience in design projects and led the technical team to successfully complete many representative projects.
