Jian had worked in East China Architectural Design and Research Institute prior to joining Tianhua group in 2011. Over the years, he has participated in a number of mixed-use projects across China.

Since joining AICO SH Architecture, Jian has led the team to work on complex public construction projects, including commercial complex, urban renewal, cultural & leisure projects. The creativity and design capability shown in the projects have been fully recognized by the industry and the market. With the experience of working with international teams, he has unique views on the integration of Chinese and Western design concepts. At the same time, he has been a trend setter with an international perspective.
