Yong Zhao formerly taught at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University. He has a solid academic background in architectural theory with over a decade of architectural design experience accumulated from various property development projects, covering urban design, schools, city complexes, high-end residences, community business facilities, and renovation design for old buildings. He has led his team to complete many high-end projects for Chongqing's major developers, including projects on the land king.  His expertise is slope building design with high elevation discrepancy.
